They make everything about the workday better, don’t they?

But, what about the flip side? Is there someone on your team that you can’t stand?

They never do what they say they’re going to do. Everything they say feels like a personal attack. Just the sound of their voice chiming in on a conference call gets on your nerves.

We all have them.

Here’s the brutal truth. You’re always going to work with people you don’t like. It doesn’t matter what you do for a living. It doesn’t matter where you work. It’s a universal truth that unites us all.
